Goo Goo Dolls are from my city, and I don't think they're that bad.

My dad used to be in a band and they were friends with the Goo's old drummer's band Jackdaw. Gave them (my dad's band) studio time and everything, but things broke off for some reason.

hah, yeah i was just kidding. their earlier stuff is actually pretty good but the last few albums have been shitpop.
