I'm not sure I follow what you meant by upwards mobility, Neil.
Things are moving along kinda well so far, we've put an offer on a house which turned out to have some extra hoops to be jumped through. Today we've heard the organization the house was previously purchased through by the current seller will not act out their right of first refusal to reclaim the property. We are going to get a true pre-approval for mortgage today and get the info to our agent so it can be passed on to the seller's agent, then the negotiations can begin... Fun times!
