as far as "modern games" go, i'm played a fair amount of we love katamari and taiko drum master recently... you can get taiko (with the drum, natch) for $15 at best buy if you use the gamers gift card coupon. it used to retail for $60.
but the most recent game i've started again is final fantasy II/IV. i should probably wait til december and get it for GBA instead of playing it now, but i got bored the other day and decided to run though it for old times sake. i'm kind of amazed at how shoddy the writing is... as a 12 year old i clearly had very, very poor taste, because i thought this game was the end all be all.
