Short Survey: My homework assignment
 

This is part of my comp 2 class. I had to create a survey for use with a research paper I'm writing. It's quick and simple, and completely anonymous.

it's not really anonymous if you give your country/state/gender/age and you only get a small handful of people that you know to take it. I refuse take it because those are personal questions I don't wish to make public.

Do non-US responses actually help you at all?
And ditto on the radio buttons (and split sex/age into two questions) I recently did a hand survey which had multiple choices for a demographic question and no-one filled it out according to the instructions.

i've never used that survey site before. it did good enough, i turned in my results, thanks guys :p
