Which NextGen (current) Console?

So simple.

raublekick 11-22-2006 01:27 AM

looks like the wii is winning. and the poll results are starting to look like a wang.

GT2000 11-22-2006 12:07 PM

With tiny nuts. I kinda figured the Wii would get all of the love in this poll.

Metallistar 11-22-2006 04:00 PM

raublekick 11-22-2006 04:56 PM

Thought the voting was rigged; wouldn't let me vote Xbox.

GT2000 12-19-2006 01:06 PM

TTT, rig a poll?.. naaaahhhh...

Stormy 12-19-2006 01:17 PM

Hiihiihii.

thecreeper 12-20-2006 08:05 PM

none, im happy with my gamecube/ps2/ds at the moment. i'm really glad i didnt buy a wii right now.

Subsy 12-24-2006 11:27 AM

I voted Wii... I'm just a whore for Zelda. Trauma Center, Monkey Ball and Elebits are all good too. I still need to try Metal Slug Anthology and Super Swing Golf, but I expect good things.

Jesse 12-24-2006 11:51 AM

Subsy, what's your Wii number? I'll add you to my address book.

And I'm getting Monkey Ball for Christmas, and possibly Elebits. I'm excited to play both of them. How is Elebits?

Subsy 12-24-2006 12:09 PM

My Wii number is 0992 3765 0076 8333. What's yours?

I think Elebits is great. It has some flaws, like slowdown in later levels and stupid parameters you must adhere to in some levels. For example, you can't break more than 5 plates or something. You give me a gravity gun and set me loose in a house, then tell me not to break anything? But yeah, it's definitely one of the better uses of the Wiimote and most of the time it's a lot of fun.

I didn't have a chance to try the multiplayer before I returned it, unfortunately (I returned it due to money issues, not because I disliked it).

Jesse 12-24-2006 12:27 PM

That's one of the reasons I wanted it, was for its multiplayer. But, there are going to be some promising multiplayer titles coming out in the next couple months (Wario Ware next month, I believe), so I might hold out on Elebits.

6056 7925 5655 1770 is my number. I'll add you once I get my Wii back online a little later today. My routers were unplugged earlier today, and I think I have to reconfig them a bit. Cause it's not connecting right now.

Subsy 12-24-2006 12:38 PM

I actually gotta leave for work and then go straight to a family gathering, but I'll get you added sometime tomorrow.

Jesse 12-24-2006 12:57 PM

Alright man.

Merry Christmas.

GT2000 12-24-2006 09:41 PM

Did Nintendo make the Wii # look like a credit card number on purpose? Or do they actually expect to sell that many?

Subsy 12-25-2006 09:56 PM

Got you added now, Jesse.

I think it's just a necessary precaution to avoid confusion, Donnie. Not all the numbers in that quantity are valid... meaning, there aren't actually 9,999,999,999,999,999 numbers that your console could have. All of the legitament numbers have been preloaded into each system, so if you mess up and enter in a number incorrectly, the system will tell you that it's not a valid number. So who knows how many of those numbers are actually valid, but I don't even think 1/10,000 of them would be.

Jesse 12-26-2006 01:03 PM

Just added you as well.
