Yea, I've got it. Can't play it online of course, but I've got it.

Haven't been playing it too much since I got F.E.A.R. though.

i'm not entirely sure that i could run quake 4, but i'm going to look into it, because quake 3 was fun.

I don't think Quake 3 and 4 are anything alike. If anything, Quake 4 feels more like a Doom 3 addon or something. But maybe that's just me. I also haven't played Doom 3 since launch, so, my last impression of the game could be a bit foggy.

i was under the impression that it was a continuation of the story from Quake 2, but with multiplayer nearly identical to Quake 3. sound about right?

Yeah..I understand what you're sayin, sometimes things get a little too hectic in Q3/Q4 MP for me..other times, I just fall into the groove, lastnight wasn't one of those times...

This game is pretty good. I love playing online though. I have my xbox live with unreal tourny and that is fun strictly to hear all the little twelve year olds thinkin they are all hot shit. Nothing gets better then that. THEN PWN THEM! LOL
