just snagged a DS flash chip..

shit be awesome... for about $60 i can now hold a gig (or more.... it used micro sd cards) of ds games without swapping at all.

currently, my system is loaded up to capasity with 28 games at my disposal.

check it out... i highly recommend it. drag and drop super simplicity.

Ordered one a few days ago. Quivering with excitement until it gets here.

Have you tried any NES or SNES emulators on it? I know they make some for the DS, don't know how well they run though.

i assume NES games will play fine... SNES is questionable. i have the best SNES emulator for PSP and games range from good (mario allstars) to decent (final fantasy 2/3) to unplayable (mario kart). so, i doubt it would be any better on ds.

NES emulation is relatively good using NES DS. There are some games that flat out will not work, and some that act funky, and unfortunately they are games I want to play (although most probably will not).

For example, playing the BMX event in California Games restarts the game...

Got it. Love it. Tried playing Dragon Quest 5 on it. It freezes when I open a door. Bah.
