Google Chrome Beta Released
Google's new browser, Chrome, has been released today. I am posting from it now. It features an import system of bookmarks and passwords from FireFox to get the ball rolling. It seems to need a little work still with webpage display, links on this site for instance are showing in that "nasty" default blue. I do like the interface, and how the tabs and stuff seem to "flow". I've always been a sucker for shit like that...

Tried it at work today. Made the web apps I develop work way better than on IE and FF, but I don't think it's something I'd use regularly. Mostly it's just missing features I really like with FF.
On the other hand, I'm glad it's pushing webkit more. Webkit rocks. I wish Mozilla would drop Gecko and go with Webkit. |

I haven't messed around with it much still.. I haven't heard too much about it since, good or bad... couldn't hurt to try it for yourself though.
