I try to maintain a certain level of inebriation. Too little and I have no patience, too much and some of my nightly activities are negatively impacted. :\

I'm also trying to cut back on the ibuprofen and up my vitamin intake. Not a complete detoxing, but slowly stepping into the healthy lifestyle. *shrug*
