Remember back when Clinton disallowed china from getting PS2's? Cuz they're excellent nuke programming tools, or something. I'd prefer a GBC, myself. Less clunky. (At least I think GBA's werent around at that time...)

uh, yeah, that never happened. though there was concern that the ps2 was SO powerful that other nations could use it or something, but that sounded like sony spin more than anything.
