Just got back from the first day of training, which included lots of reading, and a couple hours of just playing Rock Band. Not a bad day of training I'd say.
As of last Monday, the call center I work at is the only one in the country that's taking customer service calls for Rock Band. So if you call for support, there's a chance you may end up getting me. |
