17 Year Old Gets 10 Year Sentence for a BJ
Wow, talk about extreme, this 17 yo boy gets 10 years for receiving a BJ from a consenting 15 yo. Then gets a life labeled as sex offender.

so did this kid basically get tried as an adult for something that isn't illegal for non-adults?
sex laws are crazy and i don't understand them sometimes. |

ah hah, I figured it out. Apparently the age of consent was raised from 14 to 16...so the girl couldn't legally consent. Lame.
