I just realized how much of a gimp I really am right now...

Heh, kinda funny though...I guess. My lawyer requested that I send a letter to Cox requesting light duty work, even though I've already been on light duty, and was promptly booted out of that when my workman's comp was originally declined. I was told that, when in court, companies have been known to claim that they would've given the employee light duty work if they had asked...so this letter, which I will have a copy of, as well as my lawyer, as well as the fact I'm sending the original to Cox via certified mail (as to have a receipt for proof in court), will pretty much knock that out of the way..

Anyways, in the letter, I state what of my regular duties would I be able to perform, then I have to recommend what accomodations could be made to help me perform the job, then I have to give preferences on accomodations.

So, here's the 3 short paragraphs I had to write..it wasn't until I started answering the questions, that, I realized how gimped I've become. Odd. And forgive my shitty writing, have always had poor penmanship.
