http://webhosting.yahoo.com then what package does your mom have? The 11.95/mo package does not support perl/php/sql/etc, the 19.95/mo package however, would support phpnuke no problem from what they offer. Looking on there, it's hard to tell whether it's windows or *nix hosting.
