well, gretzky got his first win. i think he'll do alright as a coach, but he hasn't got the best team to work with..
also, it looks like i might have been right all along, telling people that edmonton is looking like a solid team this year. they still have plenty of time to completely fall apart, but i really hope they do well.
and after all the hype the flames have gotten since their big run to the stanley cup finals they've been awfully underwhelming! but give them a bit more time to gel and get their really shitty defence/penalty-kill up to par, and i'm sure they'll be fine.
