It's a townhouse, the yard is pretty small, you can see Anya's car parked in the front yard, which eventually we're probably going to turn into a slab, or brick it... back yard is small due to the way the lot was used.. it's a 1400+ square foot townhouse + ~300 square foot garage, and the garage is an extention to the front, making the dwelling longer, so the backyard is probably like 15-20ft deep X ~23ft wide. That game room is actually the living room, that big couch faces that dlp, see that pc to the right of the ent. stand, I'm posting from the couch right now actually. TV in the bedroom doesn't get much use, watch Leno at night before falling asleep or something, it was too small for the living room (in our opinion, too big to put anywhere else really).

Thanks for the kind words Jonah, we're digging it for sure, no home owner's association to get on our case about shit, although it means people in the neighborhood aren't as apt to care for their own shit. Roof got some work before we closed paid for by seller.. but we're finding shit of our own that needs work. We'll be putting in a storm door @ the front, and replacing both the entry and storm doors @ the back.. fairly new but the installation is so fucked up the entry door dead bolt doesn't match the frame, cracked, and the storm door is shit.

HVAC... furnace is a 22 yr old gas, getting that done soon, 1 estimate yesterday is anywhere from 4500-6500'ish (furnace, evap coil, ducting work, etc).

I could always start a homeowner's journal on here, for those who haven't experienced it yet, to know what can happen to your funds, lmao.
