Well, I'm still not working, although my arm is starting to recover finally, and I think I may be able to return to work sometime in October (I'm going to need to work out a lot or something to regain strength in my right arm though). I've been waiting to hear about my long-term disability benefits, and, just found out they've been approved, I will see my first monthly check at the end of this month (although it'll only be for 10 or 11 days due to when the benefits are actually starting). The amount is actually higher than what I had figured, sweet.

Also have a phone interview to apply for Social Security disability benefits tomorrow morning, that is one of the stipulations of long-term disability benefits, you have to apply for SS, makes no sense to me, but, I've been doing whatever I've been told to do by the insurance company, my lawyer, and my company the last 6 months..

Such a huge relief to know that I'll be receiving a form of income again, I've eaten up most of my savings, and credit cards that I need to pay down, heh.
