Saw this linked on Digg:

"It seems that SEGA of Japan just updated Dreamcast.com. By clicking on the banner, you'll be taken to !@#$!#@$% where Dreamcast users can register here with a user account for their console's serial number and will get an account @user.dreamcast.com. Seems that SEGA is preparing for the DC's 10th anniversary..."

At the time of this posting however, I was unable to actually go through the registration process as the site is being hammered, I didn't feel like blowing the dust off of my DC anyways..
