well, that's how I'm seeing it...I should have followed up when it still hurt and I had no brace or splint. However, I should have a refund for the x-rays. I didn't have insurance at the time and it was a couple hundred bucks out of pocket. I'm just pissed because my physical therapist said that if I had been casted right away I wouldn't be undergoing surgery today. Not to mention I could have escaped months of pain and handicap.
