Schools are stubborn that way. I have a 45 minute commute to school right now and a few months ago we had up to five feet of water covering the roadways due to monsoons. I got counted off for missing class when I flooded my car trying to get to philosphy. Bastards.
It's cold as frozen hell in Alabama right now, so I'm enjoying the EIGHTY DEGREE afternoons in Los Angeles. Ah, the good life.
When I was coming out here (driving 2200 miles by myself in 32 hours), there is an actual line separating very cold and very warm on the west side of Texas. I don't understand the weather this year.
I head back east on Friday. Dreading the drive and the cold.
