it's hard to explain exactly, but it will be a resource for artists who perform music based on video game music. there was a previous version of this out on the internet that was very popular, but died when rock-out.net died. this aims to be more comprehensive. each artist will get a thread and users can discuss whatever they want about it. a rules thread is coming soon.
