my current girlfriend was the only person to date who has ever really found me attractive.
i liked 2 girls in high school, and the one was pretty much using me as a ride home (though we were good friends too) and the other had a psychotic dad and pretty much killed any chance of even being her friend outside of school.
those were awkward and shitty years for me, and somehow i came out of it with a 3 year relationship.
