Jesus
does love everyone, especially if you dig deep. The Christian institution, however, does not. Like you said, the hierarchy needs changed. Jesus lived as a common man, and not a kingly "hey look at me I am the Son of God and I am better than you!" man, but for some reason the churches weren't built around this idea.
