i have to say, seeing that picture as the first thing i saw coming here made my day.

and bill totally has that "so you are one of these 'negros' i've heard about?" face on him.

It looks like Jay-Z had to steal himself one of those MSN butterflies in the background and shove it in his pocket. I bet Billy Gate is questioning him about that, I mean why else would he be talking to a "black" man?

jay-z is the ceo of def jam? arn't you required to have a certain degree of education to be a ceo of a company? like... an MBA or some such?
