Yeah, I was looking in the control panel to try and figure out how the hell to resize the board logo (I swear, it's elusive!), and I saw an option for avatars...go figure.

The board logo is in the templates of each theme... I think in the ... index_header.tpl -- I think! I'm just trying to remember from a while back.
