For Competition #3:

The theme is Brevity. All songs must be 2 minutes or less. Any songs submitted longer than 2 minutes will be alternates. They can be either live instruments or electronic music. In fact, from now on, every competition will be like this. Why not have the best of both worlds? Yes, I am aware I am breaking my own rules, but oh well. That's the kind of guy I am. The whole alternating months thing was silly and confusing anyway, now there is just one set of rules i can break for competitions.

Songs are due Friday, April 14, 2006 at 12 Noon EST

yes indeed. it's shaping up to be a pretty decent turnout from the looks of it.

i like short songs. train wrecks, ya might call em.

economical, the way i see it.

so you don't overindulge in an 8 min song that ends up going nowhere.

30 words, 3 chords, 30 seconds.

hell yeah.

i may submit a little ditty. but it would be recorded on a webcam microphone and there would probably be some noticeable room noise in it. oh well.

that would be neat to have some TTT participation though.
