is this a "pretend the incredible long jumping hulk movie never happened" or "eric bana wouldn't come back and ed norton wasn't doing anything"?

I saw there was a little blurb about that in entertainment weekly, it just said that Edward always wanted to play a superhero. It didn't mention anything else, like the other movie, or other actor. I think it might be that Edward just REALLY wanted to play a superhero and threatened Eric Bana. Eric, scared of getting "curbed" or illusioned, pulled out of the next Hulk movie.

Yeah.. I really don't see him being the Hulk.. or even Bruce Banner.. maybe she-hulk though.

He even acted relatively well in a shitty movie opposite Robert Deniro and Marlon Brando. That would make most actors fall apart. I mean...shitty script, 2 living legends...and he pulled it off. The man can do no wrong!
