Anarchy Online free for a year...
 

just thought i'd toss it out if anyone's interested they're releasing free accounts and client downloads for the basic game that last for a year, no credit card needed to sign up. I guess it's dying and they feel a need to hook people into buying expansions. it shuts down january 15th I believe.

What is this game?

I assume an MMORPG, but what's good about it... and is there anything different from other MMORPG's? I've never been into that genre ... and played Lineage II for like two weeks and then never played again.

its free, and it was apparently popular for a while...
