I'm going to be in college forever.

i typed "we need a new topic" in the forum search, but it told me that "we", "need", "a", and "new" were too common, so it just searched for "topic". isn't that cool?

Im going to be in college for quite a while as well.

im aiming for 8 years. Graduating in 4 is just so boring.

incidentally, i saw the light at the end of the tunnel today. I was frantically stressed out about not being prepared for a test in a class I didn't like, and worried that I'd do poorly and get a bad mark in the class, etc etc... and it dawned on me... in a year and a half i'm going to have a degree... i'm going to be in the world making my own way... and nobody's going to ask me what mark i had in this class in 3rd year. I'm not applying for Masters right away... so what does it truly matter? It was extremely liberating.

i've been kinda thinking about masters programs lately. i dunno, i think i'm smart enough, but i probably don't have the grades to get into a great school, and i definitely can't afford it right now.

My girlfriend is trying to get a masters right now. She thought she was pretty smart until she started, now she just cried a lot.
