I just want some more feedback from anyone who has played this game so far.. I've only read a little input on it, someone said it played kinda like FFXI? Also seen something about the battle-system, more free movement than turn-based.. explain.

i really want to get this, but i really dont think i can make time for a console RPG with my work schedule. from what i have heard, yes it is similar to FFXI's battle system.

if i want to play rpg's anymore, it seems like i have to go portable.

thank god for Final Fantasy III!

Im currently playing FFXII and its pretty sweet. The fights remind me of the battle system in Star Ocean. You can see the monsters roming around, and they attack you when you get to close to them.

Yeah, I want to get it...but, I don't want to pay $50 for it.. wanna wait until it's on the greatest hits, which I thought was when the game sells 2.5+ million copies... and I think FFXII is already getting near that.

i believe it's a sales point plus a time length... one year after release it's eligable for greatest hits. just rent it or pirate it... or rent it AND pirate it.

Ah, I can hold off a year.. my ps2 is near death because of my mishaps with that slide-magic-crap. I might get a modchip for it after xmas sometime and throw it in.. if I do that, then I'll be all over gamefly.
