let go of the belief that you are or have some sort of disease, because you aren't and you havn't
let go of the belief that theres ever any reason to be so sad, because there isn't
let go of the belief that you are or have ever done anything so wrong in life or that you have anything to be ashamed of, because you aren't and havn't and don't
let go of the belief that you shouldn't ever feel so free to do as you wish, because you are free to do as you wish
let go of the belief that your not perfect the way you are, because you are perfect the way you are
let go of the belief that you have any reason not to feel the greatest feelings you can imagine, because you havn't a reason
let go of the belief that there is any reason for that emptiness to ever exsist, because there isn't
let go of the belief that anything bad exsists or is ever going to happen, because its all beautiful and it won't
let go of the belief that you can't move on, because you can and will
let go of the belief that there is any reason why you can't relax, because there isn't

make sure you put some some mellow jazz-techno behind it and maybe some singing black lady doing some kinda crazy methodistesque style singing inbetwixt the lyrics.

this reinforces my belief that there needs to be a testtube band.

"when I die, I want a sassy black woman at my wake to point at a portrait of myself and say 'fuck THIS guy'" (something like that, www.achewood.com)

oh c'mon johnny, the screen name itself is absolutely integral and can't be ignored.

{Neil} {"Alright, we're passing through your prostate now, and there's your bladder. Have you been taking vitamins?"}

And thank you tristan, that was fantastic. Punctuating each injunctive with a deep breath was an ecstatic meditation at points ("Rudie Can't Fail" by The Clash in the background probably helped too).
