Well, I should be getting out my visa application to the Russian embassy tomorrow or friday..although, I've hit a bump in the road..

Anna's visa was approved early this month! So it won't be any problem for her coming back here..plan is I'll be flying over there early July and we'll be coming back home together at the end of July..

I guess we'll spent a few days where she goes to school before taking the long train ride to her hometown, so I can meet her family, looking forward to that.

The bump in the road..well, I was driving from one job to another yesterday morning, sitting at a redlight, chillin..SLAM, got rear-ended. Everyone ok, check, vehicles ok, pretty much...ford exploder rear-ends a chevy express van..her bumper rode the top of my bumper and slammed my back doors but they still opened..

Back to everyone being ok, she had a couple of kiddies in car seats, she's damn lucky she had them strapped in proper..i don't think she was buckled up...she said she hit her head on the wheel, her own fault.

I felt ok until shortly after, started getting very minor twinges in my right shoulder (remember last year?), and once i got home lastnight it was hurtin a little more...so this morning i went into work, told my boss, stayed in production, called my lawyer first (hehe), and then my ortho doc and got an appt set up for tomorrow afternoon...

I hope it's not a reaggrivation of the old injury..although it feels just like it...just this time there seems to be more shootin pains, now wheres my pills...

hopefully it isn't a bad injury. to be honest, i can't really remember anything from the thread about when you hurt your shoulder the first time, so i'm struggling to figure out how many problems this could cause for you.. so good luck, eh.

Well, the first time around, nerve injury..put me out of work for 8 months, 4 1/2 of which i went unpaid due to the worker's comp. ordeal, this time around at least, since i won my case, i'm covered..even if my doctor determines it's a different problem, i was in a work vehicle..on the clock, and the accident wasn't my fault..

man that sucks! at least it will be less to deal with this time. hopefully it's just a little bruise that will go away in a day or two.

I have a plane story, but I dont want to post it until man-powered, horsepowered, high altitude/space, boat, underwater, and any other forms of transportation get some mention other then this right here!, Until then I am starting a sit-in protest! Equal Representation for Transportation! Come on say it with me....Equal Reprensentation for Transportation!

Serious Note: I hope the shoulder pain is nothing serious Donnie, Good luck in russia, watchout for the reds!

Well...I'm sure you can find the stuff..you posted in them..

So yeah, doc says it's the same injury again, plus the possibility of a rotator cuff injury (which was pondered last time), so, mri time monday morning, being placed on restricted duty in the meantime, and i have to deal with human resources to reopen my worker's comp file from before, cause i ain't paying for this shit.

Yeah, just mailed out my visa app today..then i went to speak with the dude at human resources about gettin all this paid for...and he told me they have to treat this as a new injury and i had to go to the worker's comp clinic (nowcare) that i so despise...

So now i had to cancel my mri monday morning, cancel the followup i had with MY doctor on wednesday..and i'm going to fuckin physical therapy monday mornin followed by another visit to nowcare...the doc said he wants me to have a week of PT before anything else...bastards.
