i'm not Donnie, but if you go:

User CP->Edit Options->Misc Options->Forum Skin

you can turn it off.

yeah there's also a drop down menu at the end of every screen, you can pick between snow and non/snow skins.
I noticed it out when ttb mentioned it, but I didn't think of being helpful :(

Lmao..yeah, I knew when I did this I would anger many :) But yeah, the ability to turn it off has been there all along, just wanted to see how long it would take for anyone to look.
