Xbox360's apparently are quite unstable and having all kinds of issues.

While not unsurprising for some small problems, more and more issues continue to surface. I can't say i'm thrilled to play one, but it doesn't bode well if they are having this many problems already (not to mention they are losing more money per unit than the last XBox (http://games.slashdot.org/games/05/11/23/1549209.shtml?tid=211))

wow, $126 per unit, that's a hefty cost to their venture. I understand the games are even harder to develop than ever before too.

i love it... $126 + cost of fixing a shitload of broken units.

if this isn't the shape of things to come, i don't know what is... microsoft is such a shitty company.

ok, so if you have an XBOX360, don't move the goddamn system, whatever you do. (http://dwl.xbox-scene.com/video/Xbox-360-Scratch-Disks3.wmv)

yeh I have also heard this from multiple sources. But you know that you get nothing but playability and reliabilty with your great new Microsoft product. This is what happends when you rush a new product to the market and try to beat out your competitors. Makin PS3 look good already.

it's hard for me to tell what microsoft was thinking..

did they know, deep down inside, that it was a kinda shitty system.. so they just decided to throw it out in the market and see what would happen, anyways? or did they actually think that it was ready, and that they were at an advantage by releasing it early, even though they are apparantly losing money on each unit they sell?

in any case, i'd just play it safe and go with the new nintendo system whenever it came out.
