And all I can really say is, it's about fucking time. 8 months since I hurt myself, 6 1/2 months since I've gone to work at all. Time to start bringin' home the dough again I guess.

First day back was fun, riding out with a teammate, had extra work because of someone else on the team hitting a light pole or something at the end of the day, while making a u-turn I think I heard, need to find out more on that....good to be back though, as much as I hate the job sometimes, the rest of the time it's just..well, a(n easy) job.

Was good my previous checkup and doc gave me the ok for at-home rehab (weight training and shit), working with the extension ladder the last couple days, and although I still have slight weakness in the right arm, I'm able to handle my shit.

i took a shit last night and i felt a slight twinge in my back. it's been sore all day now. guess i can't handle my shit.
