Just saw this last night. It stars Chris O'Dowd, the Irish guy from The IT Crowd (http://www.theitcrowd.co.uk/), in what is a short-ish (about 75 minutes) story about a science fiction fan obsessed with time travel who meets a time traveller, and embarks on, well, a movie-long journey with his two friends in a pub toilet. Really enjoyed it. Silly but worthwhile.
Trailer, though I don't particularly think it captures what it's "about":

I got rid of all my Internet files about three years ago. :/
Sounds up my alley. I'm also downloading it now.
I'm sure brandon would take it again if you'd just ask.

Either way he has no gag relfex ;)
Saw the movie. I'd give it a 5.5/10. Not that great but i'm glad I watched it. It was wacky and tried to take the high road with time travel, careful not create a paradox. By the end, the whole movie was one big paradox. I expected more from it but it was ok.

I did find the ending a letdown; the story was very simple, but I thought they executed it well until the end.
