This really just bums me out, not the fact that it's happening earlier this year, but, the fact that I lose an hour of sleep tonight! (I know that bothers everyone). People are starting to worry about possible glitches in software due to the earlier start of DST, one such is that older Tivos will suffer some problems (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,2102374,00.asp), only the series 1 and 2, that is.

If you have Windows XP or newer, and do not use automatic update, then check out MSKB article 931836 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931836/) to find the update for your OS. Windows Vista already has the necessary update installed.

Other than that, not sure what else to cover, cell phones and cable boxes shouldn't be a problem. Who knows, maybe tomorrow morning you'll go to an ATM and have it spit 20s out at you. :drunksong

I wish that this would fuck up the University computer systems, and I wouldn't have classes on Monday.

It fucked up ours today. Class was in no way cancelled, but I couldn't get into the building when I opened the rec center this morning, and the entire system malfunctioned for a full hour. Why? The clocks didn't adjust on the computers and well, we have a system dependent on time.

Hear Hear! Your post was a beacon of hope and truth to the.. :BEEEEEP: Oh crap, no.. that was an hour ago. Now you're just Donnie again. ;)

Anyone else think this time changing nonsense needs to just STOP?! So we lose or gain daylight every year. So frickin' what? No need to shift millions of clocks an inch THAT way for some kind of convenience. (Ironic, isnt it? It's just not.. convenient.)
