This is quite a messed up time we live in. Rather than going after murderers, drug lords, and the people who really should be tied up, dropped in a shallow grave, and then urinated/shat on, we go for.. WAREZ LEADERS OMG!

In short, Griffiths, from the land down under, the leader of DoD/DrinkOrDie, is looking at up to 10 years in prison for his activities in illegal file sharing, from which he never made a profit, even publicly speaking out against those who did make profits from others' works.

I'd have more compassion if the warez community was actually a decent community. It takes a lot of skill to do what they do, but instead of sharing the knowledge, it's kept secret and only the end result is put out there. Either way, they are providing a means to use products illegally, but at least they could put out the knowledge and get some people educated.
